General description
小鼠抗肌钙蛋白T单克隆抗体（小鼠IgG1同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与纯化兔骨骼肌肌钙蛋白T免疫的BALB/c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的JLT-12 杂交瘤。肌钙蛋白T（TNNT）是肌钙蛋白复合物的原肌球蛋白结合亚基。三个经过进化的基因可编码心脏（TNNT2）、慢（TNNT1）和快（TNNT3）骨骼肌肌钙蛋白T蛋白，它们分别在心脏、慢和快骨骼肌中特异性表达。

Biochem/physiol Actions
