General description

Biochem/physiol Actions

缺氧诱导因子1 （HIF1 ）在针对缺氧的细胞和系统性稳态反应中起着至关重要的作用。在缺氧过程中，该因子的两个亚基发生翻译后修饰，从而促进转活化。HIF-1α基因缺失与非乳突状肾癌有关。在缺氧反应下，编码的蛋白可作为体外人基质细胞中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的关键调节剂。HIF-1α蛋白表达常见于浸润性乳腺癌。实验数据表明HIF-1α的下调降低了 MCF-7 （人乳腺腺癌细胞系）的肿瘤发生，并提出一种抗HIF-1策略和传统化疗的联合疗法以改善癌症治疗。
