Anti-ATM Antibody

Ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM) is a serine/threonine protein kinase and it participates in the repair of DNA double-strand breaks. ATM is expressed in pancreas, kidney, skeletal muscle, liver, lung, placenta, brain, heart, spleen, thymus, testis, ovary, small intestine, colon and leukocytes. Increased ATM protein expression was reported in prostatic intraepithelial neoplasias (PINs) and some prostate cancer. ATM mutation has also been identified in mantle cell lymphoma, gastric cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and breast cancer.
