General description
用于全转录组扩增(WTA)的SeqPlex™RNA扩增试剂盒(SEQXE)专用于对少量或降解/高度片段化的RNA（如来自福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（FFPE）组织样本的RNA ）进行下一代测序(NGS)。通过SeqPlex试剂盒可对这类RNA以及其它用于NGS的少量/高度片段化RDNA样品进行预扩增。它还有助于扩增从组织、培养细胞、福尔马林固定样品或血清中分离的非 polyA 尾 RNA，同时保持未扩增样品中发现的差异表达模式。
