β-葡萄糖醛酸酶（GUSB）是一种溶酶体酶，可降解含有葡萄糖醛酸的糖胺聚糖。β-从鲍鱼中获得的葡糖醛酸酶具有水解样品的能力，该样品具有高分析物浓度。β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的缺乏导致 VII 型粘多糖贮积症（MPSVII），这会导致溶酶体储存在脑中。
