General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是一种糖蛋白抗体，可调节免疫反应（如吞噬作用），也可影响自身免疫疾病的进程。小鼠IgG具有四种不同的亚型，即IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。IgG1可调节小鼠的补体结合。
抗-小鼠IgG（全分子）-TRITC抗体对小鼠IgG具有特异性。
木瓜蛋白酶对IgG的消化导致产生片段抗原结合（Fab），该片段包含一个完整的L链和H链的可变区和CH1区。IgG的胃蛋白酶消化产生可结晶片段（fc），包含H链恒定区。
