General description
单克隆抗肌钙蛋白T(小鼠 IgG1 同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。
肌钙蛋白T是肌钙蛋白的重要亚基。肌钙蛋白T是一种逗号状或棒状蛋白,长度为185-205 Å。肌钙蛋白T位于肌动蛋白螺旋沟(helix groove)中,并延伸至肌动蛋白丝。血清肌钙蛋白T的寿命为120分钟。该蛋白的N-末端富含带负电荷的残基,C-末端富含带正电荷的残基。肌钙蛋白T中不均匀的电荷分布有助于其在生理盐浓度下的聚集。在人体内,心脏肌钙蛋白T有四种亚型,其中的三种在胚胎中表达,一种亚型在成年心脏中表达。

Biochem/physiol Actions
肌钙蛋白T是肌钙蛋白的亚基,可促进肌钙蛋白与原肌球蛋白的结合。它在肌肉收缩中也起着至关重要的作用。心肌肌钙蛋白T是检测急性心肌梗死(MI)的潜在标志物。除了促进肌钙蛋白组分与肌动蛋白-原肌球蛋白丝的结合外,它还在调节肌动蛋白ATP酶活性方面发挥着重要作用。心肌肌钙蛋白T基因突变会导致肥厚型心肌病。
