General description

Application
β-微管蛋白IV单克隆抗体可用于免疫染色。
β-微管蛋白IV单克隆抗体适用于免疫组化(福尔马林固定的石蜡包埋切片)、间接ELISA、微阵列和蛋白印迹(使用培养的人乳腺癌细胞系 MCF-7,1:400)。本品也可用于免疫细胞化学和免疫荧光。
Biochem/physiol Actions
ββ-微管蛋白IV产生少突胶质细胞微管网络,有助于髓鞘形成时髓鞘蛋白、脂质和RNA的转运。它参与早期纤维化的产生。TUBB4在质膜内N-钙粘蛋白的转运和准确定位中发挥重要作用。
