Application

TMB是辣根过氧化物酶的底物。其可形成可溶性蓝色终产物,并可在370nm或655nm下读数。可以用0.5M H2SO4停止TMB反应(产生黄色溶液),并在450nm处读取数值。推荐用于ELISA(微孔)分析,不建议用于膜应用。
