General description

酵母提取物是由各种酵母菌生产的——主要是酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)或面包酵母(baker’s yeast)。 酵母提取物除了用作微生物研究和生物技术的培养基补充剂外,还用作工业发酵复合培养基的成分。它还可以作为各种微生物培养基的营养源。

Application

Other Notes

自溶酵母的水溶性部分,含有完整的 B 族复合维生素。 酵母提取物是氨基酸、肽、水溶性维生素和碳水化合物组成的混合物,可用作培养基添加剂。
