General description
Vials are suitable basically to inject samples from an autosampler. They are varied in sizes, though 2 mL vials are more commonly used. Autosampler needle pierces through the cap during injection and withdraws the required aliquots of sample from the vials.
Application
Clear glass, screw top vials with hole-cap PTFE/silicone septa may be used, to contain plant tissue in an experimental study done in order to identify major volatiles emanating from chestnut reproductive plant tissue.
