Biochem/physiol Actions

氢溴酸达非那新是一种解痉挛毒蕈碱拮抗剂，对阻断M3毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体具有选择性。

氢溴酸达非那新是一种解痉挛毒蕈碱拮抗剂，对阻断M3毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体具有选择性，M3毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体主要负责膀胱肌肉的收缩。氢溴酸达非那新对M3的亲和力分别比M1和M5高9和12倍，对M3的亲和力比M2和M4分别高59倍。达非那新在临床上可用于治疗尿失禁和膀胱过度活动症。
