Ready-to-Cast LiCoO₂ Slurry for Lithium ion battery

Our ready-to-cast LiCoO₂ slurry is a liquid-type dispersion, made up of battery-grade lithium cobalt oxide active material, conductive additives, binder, and organic solvent. The slurry is processed under stringent conditions to maintain low moisture content, which is key for fabricating smooth pinhole-free cathodes.

Our ready-to-cast LiCoO₂ slurry is designed to be used for casting films of lithium cobalt oxide cathodes for secondary lithium-ion batteries and can be used directly for blade-coating or slot-die coating onto aluminum foil current collectors. Resulting from precise formulation, our ready-to-cast LiCoO₂ slurry is stable and processable and easy to form defect-free cathodes.

The liquid-type dispersion is made up of a common active material, a conductive agent, a binder and a solvent that researchers can readily use for processing lithium-ion battery electrodes.
