General description

The IsoBag® TSA Settle Plus is designed for quick and convenient transfer of culture media used for air monitoring in isolators or RAB systems. The Beta bag consists of a sterile polyurethane DPTE Bag compatible with 190 mm Alpha Ports. The bag contains 80 lockable 90 mm settle plates filled with Tryptic Soy Agar and supplemented with pyruvate to provide an efficient neutralization of hydrogen peroxide, Lecithin, polysorbate (Tween®) 80, histidine and sodium thiosulfate to inactivate disinfectant residues. In addition, the plate model (plus or “+”) is supplied with a lockable lid for safe transport after sampling and for aerobic and anaerobic incubation of the plates .
