General description
ACS Reagent Grade. Has a pH of 8.7-9.3.
ACS Reagent Grade. Useful in conjunction with Sodium Phosphate, Monobasic (Cat. No. 567545 or 567549) in the preparation of biological buffers.
Application
- 5-Fluorouracil monodispersed chitosan microspheres: Microfluidic chip fabrication with crosslinking, characterization, drug release and anticancer activity.: This study utilizes sodium phosphate dibasic in the crosslinking process to create monodispersed chitosan microspheres for drug delivery. The microspheres are designed for the controlled release of 5-fluorouracil, showcasing potential applications in cancer therapy (He T et al., 2020).
- Chitosan-based electrospun membranes: Effects of solution viscosity, coagulant and crosslinker.: The research investigates the use of sodium phosphate dibasic as a crosslinker in the fabrication of chitosan-based electrospun membranes. The findings highlight its significance in improving the structural properties of membranes for biomedical applications (Dodero A et al., 2020).
- Sodium Phosphate.: This review provides a comprehensive overview of the applications and properties of sodium phosphate dibasic in various fields, including its roles in buffering solutions, food additives, and pharmaceutical formulations (NBK501909, 2006).
