Immunogen

Purified peptide from the N-terminus of rat AT2 Receptor (Accession number P35351).

Application

This Anti-AT2 Receptor Antibody is validated for use in WB for the detection of AT2 Receptor.
Western blot: 1:200-1:500 using ECL on rat brain and mouse MS1 cell lysate.
Dilutions should be made using a carrier protein such as BSA (1-3%).

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes AT2 Receptor (Angiotensin II receptory type 2, AGTR2).

Physical form

Lyophilized from phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA, and 0.025% sodium azide as a preservative. Reconstitute with 50 μL of sterile deionized water. Centrifuge antibody preparation before use (10,000 xg for 5 min).
