Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1,000 on formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded human brain sections and rat brain and spinal cord. It is necessary to pretreat the section with heat induced epitope retrieval. EDTA, pH 8.0 is recommended.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
