General description

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 12 analytes in chicken serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.

Analytes included: Interferon alpha (IFNα), Interferon gamma (IFNγ), Interleukin 2 (IL-2), Interleukin 6 (IL-6), Interleukin 10 (IL-10), Interleukin 16 (IL-16), Interleukin 21 (IL-21), Macrophage Inflammatory protein-1β (MIP-1b), Macrophage Inflammatory protein-3 (MIP-3a), RANTES (regulated on activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted), Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF), Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)
