~17 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).
Application
Multiplex Analysis (Mplex): 0.05-0.5 μg/mL from a representative lot was used in Multiplex.
Biochem/physiol Actions
This antibody reacts to Histone H3.3, independent of post-translational modifications. No cross reactivity with Histone H3.1 or other histone proteins.
Physical form
Rabbit monoclonal in PBS with 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide.

Analysis Note
Evaluated by Western Blotting in HeLa whole cell lysate, recombinant Histone H3.3 and recombinant Histone H3.1.
Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 1 μg/mL of this antibody detected Histone H3.3 in HeLa whole cell lysate and recombinant Histone H3.3.
