General description

Metabolic hormones such as insulin, leptin, ghrelin, adiponectin, and resistin are central to regulating energy balance, appetite, and glucose metabolism. Insulin promotes cellular glucose uptake, leptin signals satiety, and ghrelin stimulates hunger, while adiponectin enhances insulin sensitivity and resistin contributes to inflammation and insulin resistance. Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 6 analytes in mouse serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants.

Analytes included: α-1-Acid Glycoprotein (AGP), α-2-Macroglobulin, Adipsin (Factor D), C-Reactive Protein (CRP), Haptoglobin, Serum Amyloid P (SAP).
