General description

Cardiovascular disease in mouse models is driven by inflammatory and vascular remodeling processes. This panel—sCD31/sPECAM-1, sE-Selectin, sICAM-1, PAI-1 (total), ProMMP-9, sP-Selectin, and Thrombomodulin—captures key indicators of endothelial activation, coagulation, and vascular injury. The MILLIPLEX® Mouse CVD Panel 1 enables multiplexed quantification of these biomarkers in mouse serum or plasma, supporting preclinical research in atherosclerosis, thrombosis, and vascular inflammation.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 7 analytes in mouse serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants.

Analytes Included: sCD31/sPECAM-1, sE-Selectin, sICAM-1, PAI-1 (total), ProMMP-9, sP-Selectin, Thrombomodulin

Assay Characteristics: Refer to assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy.

Features and Benefits
