Biochem/physiol Actions
5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-β-D-glucuronide sodium salt (X-GlcA) is a colorless substrate. The pre-immobilized X-GlcA can be converted by β-glucuronidase enzyme, synthesised by Escherichia coli.
