Application

α-Cellulose has been used:
  • As a component of nutrient-rich diet, to study how nutrition affects individual fitness and insecticide efficacy among German cockroaches.
  • As a carbon source for Schizophyllum commune culture.
  • To study the effect of cellulose on the content of minerals in the femur of rats.

Other Notes
