General description

N-Decanoyl-N-methylglucamine is a nonionic detergent used in lysis buffers.

Application

N-Decanoyl-N-methylglucamine has been used in a study to assess the effect of surfactants on wetting behavior of super-hydrophobic surfaces. It has also been used in a study to investigate the clinical impact of Human metapneumovirus (hMPV) vaccines on Syrian golden hamsters.
