Application

Hydrocortisone 21-hemisuccinate sodium salt has been used as a supplement in Dulbecco′s modified Eagle medium/nutrient mixture F-12 (DMEM F12) for culturing oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cell lines and immortalized cone photoreceptor cell line.
