Streptavidin High Capacity Coated Plates

These streptavidin-coated high capacity plates, in 8-well strip format, use a proprietary, unique coating technology to give greater (up to ~5-fold) biotin-binding capacity than standard streptavidin-coated plates. The 8-well strip format helps to minimize waste. These clear streptavidin-coated high capacity plates, made from polystyrene, are suitable for colormetric assays, and can be used in immunoassays and ELISA. Captured proteins can also be eluted for post-capture analysis by such various methods as MALDI, SDS-PAGE, or tagging technologies (e.g. ICAT, iTRAQ, mTRAQ).
