General description
Immunoglobulins (Igs) belongs immunoglobulin super-family. There are five different types of Immunoglobulins. Each immunoglobulin has two heavy (H) and two light (L), held together by disulphide linkages. Each light comprises one variable N-terminal region and a constant C-terminal region. Heavy chain has one variable N-terminal region and three or four constant (CH1-CH4) C-terminal region. IgG is abundant immunoglobulin in human serum. The four classes of IgG can be IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4.
Immunogen
Normal mouse serum
Application
Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)-TRITC antibody is suitable for use in direct immunofluorescence (1:64), immunohistochemistry (1:200 dilution in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections), Ouchterlony double diffusion and electrophoresis techniques.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)-TRITC antibody is specific for mouse IgG.
Digestion of IgG by papain results in generation of fragment antigen binding (Fab) comprising one complete L chain and a variable and CH1 region of H chain. Pepsin digestion of IgG results in fragment crystallizable (fc), comprises the H chain constant region.
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a glycoprotein antibody that regulates immune responses such as phagocytosis and is also involved in the development of autoimmune diseases . Mouse IgGs have four distinct isotypes, namely, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3. IgG1 regulates complement fixation in mice .
Physical form
Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.

The retinal blood flow is regulated by the tone of resistance arterioles, which is influenced by purinergic compounds such as adenosine and adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) released from the retinal tissue. However, it is unknown what cellular elements in the perivascular

It has been suggested that Jmjd6 plays an important role in gene regulation through its demethylation or hydroxylation activity on histone and transcription factors. In addition, Jmjd6 has been shown to regulate RNA splicing by interaction with splicing factors. In
