General description
Application: This column allows highly reproducible analyses of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs), specifically the omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids. It is tested to ensure reproducible FAME equivalent chain length (ECL) values and resolution of key components.
USP Code: This column meets USP G16 requirements.
Phase:

Phase:
- Bonded
- Poly(ethylene glycol)
- 50 °C to 280 °C (isothermal or programmed)
Application
Capillary GC column with its coated with Omegawax 250 was used for the absorption of analytes from the aqueous sample in-tube solid-phase microextraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography. It may also be used in blood lipid fractions by GC-MS analysis.
Other Notes
We offer a variety of chromatography accessories including analytical syringes

This paper deals with the reanalysis of serum lipids from previous studies in which deuterated fatty acids were administered to a single person. Samples were reanalyzed to determine if the deuterated fatty acids were converted to deuterium-labeled conjugated linoleic acid
