General description

Application

N-乙酰基-L-半胱氨酸可用作药物参考标准品，用于通过液相色谱-质谱（LC-MS）和分光光度法技术测定药物制剂中的分析物。

Biochem/physiol Actions

抗氧化剂和黏液溶解剂(mucolytic agent)。增加细胞池的自由基清除剂。据报道可防止神经细胞凋亡，但会诱导平滑肌细胞凋亡。抑制HIV复制。可作为微粒体谷胱甘肽转移酶的底物。
