Application
柱上 DNase I 酶切套装适用于去除总 RNA 制备物中的 gDNA。它可能不适合 RT-PCR 应用，因为可能残留少量残留 DNA。用柱上 DNaseⅠ 消化套装纯化葡萄品种的 RNA。
Biochem/physiol Actions
