General description
硫酸软骨素是由双糖葡萄糖醛酸和 N-乙酰半乳糖胺交替组成的线性多糖。它含有细胞外基质(ECM)的蛋白多糖(PG)。单克隆硫酸软骨素抗体（小鼠IgM同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。

Application
小鼠抗硫酸软骨素单克隆抗体用于：
- 在免疫组织化学作为第一抗体研究脊髓和脑冰冻切片。
- 在 ELISA 和免疫印迹中纯化可溶性形式的髓鞘相关糖蛋白 (MAG) 和神经细胞黏附分子 (N-CAM)。
- 流式细胞术研究中。
- 作为TGF-β调控研究中的一级抗血清。
Biochem/physiol Actions
据报道，该抗体对天然硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖 (CSPG) 的糖胺聚糖 (GAG) 部分具有特异性。该抗体与A型和C型硫酸软骨素特异性反应，但不与B型型硫酸软骨素（硫酸皮肤素）反应，可用于硫酸软骨素在组织和培养成纤维细胞中的定位。
硫酸软骨素参与肿瘤的侵袭，在黑色素瘤细胞在内皮基底膜上扩散的早期事件中也起到稳定细胞-基质相互作用的重要角色。在硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖(CSPG)中，蛋白聚糖部分参与细胞的增殖和迁移，刺激内皮细胞在微血管形成过程中的运动。硫酸软骨素用于骨关节炎的治疗。在神经损伤后观察硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖的上调。它具有抑制轴突再生的作用。
Preparation Note
如需连续使用，可在 2-8 °C 下储存长达一个月。
对于长期储存，溶液可以工作等份冷冻。不推荐反复冻融。不建议储存在“无霜”冰柜中。如果延长储存时间后出现轻微浑浊，则在使用前离心澄清溶液。
