Biochem/physiol Actions
神经元中，tau 蛋白在维持微管组装和稳定方面起重要作用。它是微管和其他细胞骨架元件或蛋白之间的连接蛋白。在阿尔茨海默′病和各种称为 ‘tau病变′的神经退行性疾病中，可观察到这种蛋白的过度表达。因此，病理性tau蛋白可作为神经退行性过程的潜在生物标记。
