D Wielbo et al.
Journal of chromatography, 615(1), 164-168 (1993-05-19)
An isocratic high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of morphine, codeine, normorphine, morphine 3-glucuronide and morphine 6-glucuronide in plasma using a diol column and diode-array detection. Samples were extracted using solid-phase extraction with recoveries in excess

The Journal of pharmacy and pharmacology, 47(4), 333-339 (1995-04-01)
A specific HPLC method with UV detection was used to investigate the disposition of morphine and its metabolites in the in-situ rat isolated perfused liver preparation. Livers of male Sprague-Dawley rats (n = 4) were perfused under single pass conditions
T A Aasmundstad et al.
Pharmacology & toxicology, 79(3), 114-119 (1996-09-01)
It has previously been shown that guinea pig hepatocytes metabolise morphine in a fashion similar to humans. The metabolism of morphine (5 muM) and the formation of metabolites morphine-3-glucuronide, morphine-6-glucuronide and normorphine was studied in the absence and presence of
