General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

Preparation Note
用于制备溶液的 LPS 经过苯酚提取和凝胶过滤层析纯化。通过苯酚提取制备的脂多糖含有高达 60% 的 RNA 和少于 1% 的蛋白质。随后通过凝胶过滤色谱法进行纯化,可去除苯酚提取的 LPS 中存在的大部分蛋白质,但留下的产物仍含有 10-20% 的核酸。采用离子交换色谱法进一步纯化,得到含 < 1% 蛋白质和 < 1%RNA 的 LPS 产品。
