Application
TBE-琼脂糖凝胶提供两种常用浓度用于DNA电泳：1%和4%。 TBE-琼脂糖凝胶中含有溴化乙锭(0.5 μg/ml)，显色方便。 TBE-琼脂糖凝胶提供8、20和24孔规格。 1.0%凝胶的分离范围是500-1000 bp，4%凝胶为8-1000 bp。
MOPS - 琼脂糖凝胶(1.25%)配方不含变性剂（如甲醛或乙二醛），可用于分析总RNA、体外RNA转录本和Northern印迹。 RNA电泳一般不干扰染色。但是如果怀疑RNA有明显的二级结构，则应从产品插页中选择一种方法使RNA变性。 1.25% MOPS凝胶的分离范围是0.25-10 kb。
